We are talking about events on the plot of 616 on Leninsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg. The correspondent of “Fontanka” learned that in various parts of the city are planned “carousel” in a single voting day on September 18. According to him, some activists offered to young people to earn some money by voting on the various sections for Vitaly Milonov to the state Duma and Denis Chetyrbok to the Legislative Assembly. Such golosovaniem in passport was allegedly put a special sticker to be able to identify and issue local newsletters.

Website of “Fontanka” reported that reporter Denis Korotkov, as spelled out in the Frunze district, shown on a plot of 616 the passport with a sticker and got four of the newsletter. After that, the journalist had tried to return the ballots, but the plot police came in and made the journalist a Protocol.

Now, according to the publication, the case Korotkova September 28 will be considered a justice of the peace precinct 71. He is accused of illegally obtaining ballots in order to vote for the other person.

In the message “Fontanka” also says that later journalists found out that the ballots illegally on a plot of 616 were given the citizen of Ukraine who was not a member of the PEC.

We will remind that earlier Chairman of the Central election Commission, Ella Pamfilova called statements about “roundabouts” with the use of absentee ballots in Moscow and the regions “complete nonsense” and threatening their authors with libel suits in a conscious attempt to discredit the elections.
