Kiriyenko declined to comment on the rumors about his appointment to the presidential administration


The head of state Corporation “Rosatom” Sergey Kiriyenko refused to communicate with journalists about his possible appointment in the administration of the President of the Russian Federation.

“Does not comment on rumors”, – he told reporters on the sidelines of the 60th session of the IAEA General conference in Vienna, reports “Interfax”.

Earlier, several publications, citing its sources reported that Kirienko is considered the main candidate to the post of first Deputy head of presidential administration in charge of domestic policy. Earlier this position was occupied by Vyacheslav Volodin, but last week, Vladimir Putin invited him to the post of Chairman of the state Duma.
