The official representative of the TFR Vladimir Markin said, RIA “Novosti” appeared on Monday of reports that the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin has resigned.
According to Markin, a number of publications continue to spread false information. He noted that “serious publication and the editorial Board are initially recognized in this inserted information is fake”.

The message also indicates that the document is a visa of the first Deputy head of the personnel Department SK of the Russian Federation Andrey Radchenko.
A source in the Federation Council told the portal that is now being actively discussed the question of the transition of Alexander Bastrykin in the place of the President of the Supreme court Vyacheslav Lebedev.
