The Union of pensioners advised the Finance Ministry to look for money in other pockets


The head of the Union of pensioners of Russia Valery Ryazansky commented on the Finance Ministry’s proposal to cut a fixed portion of pensions to citizens whose income is 2.5 times higher than the subsistence minimum, i.e. 22 thousand per month.

As reported NSN, Ryazan said that the legal grounds for this decision no. For this it is necessary that the state Duma and the Federation Council adopted the relevant amendments to the legislation.

“Funds to replenish the Federal budget it is necessary to look in other pockets,” said Ryazan.
