Political analyst Pavel Svyatenkov, commenting on the news that Russian President Vladimir Putin asked the Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin to head the foreign intelligence Service, noted that thereby refuted rumors about the possible creation of the Ministry of state security, which will combine the SVR, FSB, FSO, etc.
