News Agency Associated Press has published the text of the notorious Geneva agreement on SAR signed on 9 September by the Minister for foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry, the full content of which still has not been anywhere announced.
Recall, the document was born long and hard to come to an agreement on the five points of the agreement, negotiators from Russia and the United States it took 15 hours.
The document refers to the willingness of the parties to try to stabilize the situation in Syria through joint efforts. Special attention is paid to what is happening in the province of Aleppo.
The items listed in the Geneva agreement Lavrov-Kerry:
Item No. 1 – a Statement of all parties to the agreement on the truce in Syria’s readiness to cease hostilities with the use of any kind of weapons and maintain a truce. The provision of humanitarian organizations safe and unhindered access to all areas for humanitarian assistance to the population.
Item No. 2 – Renewal of the agreement for the agreed period in case of real parties ‘ compliance with the cease-fire within three days.
Item No. 3 – Adoption of specter on the route Castello at Aleppo (the withdrawal of heavy weapons by the government troops and armed opposition for over 3.5 km, the withdrawal of paramilitary units, 1 km North from the road, creating checkpoints). Ban government forces and opposition groups to seize the areas vacated by the opposite party to the conflict, after the withdrawal of forces from the road vacant area is demilitarized.
Item No. 4 – Limit the flights of the Syrian aviation in the opposition-controlled areas.
Item No. 5 – the Creation of a Joint Executive center, which will be held and exchange of information.
However, commenting on the publication in the media signed by Lavrov and Kerry document, the official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said that he is just one of five agreements package.
“Published by Western news agencies from September 9 is just one of a package, in which there are five documents. We initially called the American party to publish all the information”, – quotes its words “Interfax”.
