The CEC did not rule out re-election in the district Naryshkin in 2016


A member of the CEC Sergey Sirotkin said that the mandate of the Deputy of the state Duma Sergei Naryshkin, which he received after winning the election in the Kingisepp constituency will remain vacant until the district there will be new elections. Earlier it was reported that Sergey Naryshkin will lay down the mandate and will head the foreign intelligence Service.

While Sirotkin did not rule out that the elections can go not in 2017 as previously reported, and already in 2016.

“It all depends on how the received documents to us. I think it will be done quickly, because it is wrong, when the whole district will be without his Deputy,” added Sirotkin.
