The Central election Commission of the Russian Federation approved the final results of the Single voting day, which took place on the territory of our country on September 18, declaring the elections valid.

As evidenced by the final results of the elections to the state Duma after processing all protocols “elected leader”, as expected, becomes the party “United Russia”, which receives the results of the voting 343 of the mandate in the state Duma of the seventh convocation. 140 of them on the party list, another 203 in single – mandate constituencies.
In second place Communist party of the Russian Federation, which gets 42 seats in the lower house of Parliament. This is followed by the LDPR (liberal Democrats 39 seats in the new Duma) and “Fair Russia” with 23 mandates. Of the party “Rodina” and “Civic platform” receive one mandate. Another place in the Duma will go to the candidate-the independent candidate.
“Overall, the elections were legitimate. Several violations were also identified, so do not rule out that the election results at individual polling stations or even in the single member constituencies can be abolished… as it has already happened in nine polling stations in Belgorod region, Rostov-on-don, Dagestan and Saint Petersburg,” – said the head of the Central election Commission, Ella Pamfilova.
