NATO promised not to speculate on attack of convoy

With the corresponding statement was made by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

“While talking about who to blame for the attacks on the humanitarian convoy of the UN in Syria, very early… However, such incidents are absolutely unacceptable… and again emphasized the importance of establishing an effective regime for the cessation of hostilities, access for humanitarian workers, as well as a stable of negotiations,” he said.
