“Almaz-Antey” handed over the investigation of radar data in the area of the crash of MH-17


EKO concern “Almaz – Antey” transferred to the competent authorities the materials on the air situation in the area of the crash Malaysian Boeing flight MH-17 on 17 July 2014. This is stated on the website of the concern. This is the so-called primary radar images of the airspace in its raw form.

Russian competent authorities after learning can transfer these materials to the Dutch side, which is conducting the investigation into the crash.

The materials obtained by specialists of Lianozovsky Electromechanical factory which is included in group. At the end of July 2014, they carried out planned work to replace the head processors Ust-Donetsk EN-route radar “Utes-T”.
