The President of Kyrgyzstan took leave urgently to deal with health

President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev, cancel your trip to the 71st session of the UN General Assembly because of heart problems, took a short vacation. In the coming days, the politician will pass a thorough medical examination.

Almazbek Atambayev became ill while on a layover at the Istanbul airport Ataturk on the way from Bishkek to new York, where he was planning to take part in the session of the UN General Assembly. The President of Kyrgyzstan was immediately invited doctors who found he had heart problems.

Due to deteriorating health Atambayev went on a short vacation during which he intends to undergo a medical examination, have informed in a press-service of the head of state. It is expected that the Kyrgyz leader will come back to Bishkek and begin work on 1 October.

At the moment the state of health of the state was not serious. “About the hospitalization of the question. The issues of further treatment will be decided after this morning’s medical examination”, – reported “Interfax” the representative of the press service of President of Kyrgyzstan.

60-year-old President of Kyrgyzstan previously had health problems. So, in 2008 at a clinic in Ankara, Atambayev had surgery on the esophagus after a year earlier he got toxic poisoning. Politician drank water that had been mixed with toxic substances of unknown origin.

In early February 2014 in the Moscow clinic. had surgery on the meniscus of the knee joint. In November 2015, President of Kyrgyzstan spent part of a vacation to China to undergo a treatment procedure.
