Rear Admiral Pinchuk was appointed commander of the Caspian flotilla

As reported by the press service of the southern military district, the post of commander of the Caspian flotilla appointed rear Admiral Sergei Pinchuk. The corresponding decree was signed by the President of Russia. The former commander of KFL rear Admiral Igor Osipov moved to a new place of service to the Pacific fleet.
