Kasyanov spoke about his mood from the last elections

The Chairman of the Parnas and leader of its Federal list Mikhail Kasyanov commented on the preliminary results of the elections, according to which his party does not overcome the three-percent barrier.

According to him, he is primarily upset about the extremely low voter turnout: it is, he believes, means that “the majority of citizens did not want to participate in shaping the political course.”

Kasyanov also said that the elections were not “free and fair”, and the leaders of the party, including he himself, were subjected to “harassment by the security services and television channels”.

“The mood is not very positive,” Kasyanov summed up his impressions of the elections.
