In St. Petersburg detained the inhabitant of Moscow region who showered paint balls the building of the General Consulate of Ukraine in Russia’s Northern capital. Most likely it was revenge for the trick Ukrainian radicals near the diplomatic missions of the Russian Federation in Ukraine on the day of elections to the state Duma.
The attack on the Ukrainian Consulate occurred on the evening of September 18, according to “Fontanka”. The unemployed 49-year-old man attacked the building located on the street Bonch-Bruevich, which houses the diplomatic mission.
The man was detained, after which it drew up a Protocol on administrative offense under article “Destruction or damage of another’s property”.
Note that on the eve in Kiev was beaten by a Russian citizen who came to vote in the Embassy of the Russian Federation. The building was blocked by a group of Ukrainian radicals with the ex-Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Igor Miroshnichenko. One of the attackers was arrested, but soon released.
Also, the nationalists tried to disrupt the voting in the building of the Russian Consulate General in Odessa.
