“The old rake”: Putin criticized the United States, refused to disclose the agreement on Syria

The Kremlin is not against to divulge details of the agreement with Washington on Syria, but will not do it at the request of the American partners. About it Vladimir Putin told reporters in the Kyrgyz airport “Manas” before returning to Moscow.

The Russian President stressed that the United States retreated from they promoted on all international markets with the principle of openness and transparency, as experiencing difficulties on the Syrian track. The representative of the us mission to the UN, referred to the fact that the publication of the details can affect the security measures in the delivery of humanitarian assistance in Syria.

Barack Obama himself has expressed in that spirit that Washington refuses to cooperate with Moscow, if Syria not met key conditions for reducing the violence and humanitarian access. This, according to him, is now actively engaged in the government of Bashar al-Assad.
