American playwright Edward Albee has died at the age of 88 years

American playwright known for his play Who’s afraid of Virginia Woolf” Edward Albee has died on 89-m to year of life, reports the Hollywood Reporter.

Three-time Pulitzer prize winner died at his home in Montauk (new York). Causes of death were not disclosed.

One in 1981, he became the author of the play “Lolita” in the works of Vladimir Nabokov. Also known for his plays “Three tall women”, “the Goat, or Who is Sylvia?”, “The lady from Dubuque” and “Knock! Knock! Who’s there!?”.
