The U.S. has put forward an ultimatum to Moscow over Syria

The US does not intend to create a Russian center to coordinate strikes on the positions of militants in Syria until then, until you ensure access to humanitarian aid in Aleppo and other regions that need help.

On Friday said U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry during talks with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov.

Washington has said that it will use its influence on the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to “open access for humanitarian convoys of the UN.”

Earlier, the Russian foreign Ministry said that the parties are generally satisfied with the implementation of the agreement on the Syrian conflict.
