- The Central Bank lowered its key rate to 10%
The Bank of Russia on Friday decided to reduce the key rate from 10.5% to 10% per annum. To this figure, kept from August 2015, at 11%, has varied in June.

The Central Bank shortly before promised to maintain a moderately tight monetary policy, thereby reducing inflation.
