For failure to comply with the Minsk agreements, Kuchma called to account France and Germany

Responsibility for the failure of the Minsk agreements should take Germany and France as members of the “Normandy four”. This opinion was expressed by the representative of Ukraine in the Tripartite contact group on settlement of the situation in the Donbass Leonid Kuchma. On Friday he told reporters on the sidelines of the 13th annual meeting of the Yalta European strategy “the World, Europe and Ukraine: storms of change.”

“If these decisions are not fulfilled in the measure in which is written in the Protocol in the first place, they let you take the blame,” said the ex-President of Ukraine, referring to the representatives of the “Norman Quartet” Germany and France, as “they are the main people who made the decisions, and are responsible today for these decisions.”
