President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has recommended healthy eating Belarusians who are not engaged in sports. The diet includes eggs, vegetable soup without meat and cheese.

Lukashenko also recommended and diet, which in his opinion should stick to homebodies. In the morning you must not eat more than three eggs that you can drink coffee without sugar. In the afternoon, Alexander Lukashenko recommends that you eat vegetable soup without meat or a small piece of meat and for dinner – cottage cheese.
