“Enough to eat” Lukashenka advised Belarusians soup without meat and cheese


President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has recommended healthy eating Belarusians who are not engaged in sports. The diet includes eggs, vegetable soup without meat and cheese.

Talking to reporters in Minsk on Sunday the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko told what to do for those who are not involved in sports.

“If there is no time on the sport – enough excuse to eat”, – quotes “Interfaxwords of the Belarusian head of state.

Lukashenko also recommended and diet, which in his opinion should stick to homebodies. In the morning you must not eat more than three eggs that you can drink coffee without sugar. In the afternoon, Alexander Lukashenko recommends that you eat vegetable soup without meat or a small piece of meat and for dinner – cottage cheese.

“And walk around the house,” he advised the President to the Belarusians.

He also added that it is better to find time for sports, even at the expense of sleep or other pursuits.
