Kerry: Russia needs to follow up on promises Assad


The armed forces of the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad must halt his actions to stop the spread of violence, said U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry after talks with Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov.
