Kerry: Russia and the United States has developed a comprehensive approach on Syria

U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry said that Moscow and Washington failed to develop a comprehensive approach to resolve the conflict in Syria, RT reports.

Kerry also called on “all warring parties in Syria to stop fighting on 12 September,” reports Reuters. According to Kerry, it is necessary to achieve a truce for at least 7 days, according to RIA Novosti.

According to TASS, the US and Russia have agreed in the implementation plan that the Syrian government will not be able to make combat flights.

Earlier it was reported that the talks between John Kerry and foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Geneva lasted for more than 13 hours.
