Putin supported a one-time payment to retirees is re-indexing

Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev meeting Tuesday with the faction “United Russia” and experts reported that people often asked about pensions. According to him, this question was in the course of his visit to the rehabilitation centre in Lipetsk. Medvedev noted that recently a decision was made to replace the second indexation of pensions to a lump sum payment to all pensioners in the amount of 5 thousand rubles.
