Why at the G20 summit in China, Obama is not filed, the “main” ladder

Became known the cause of the confusion with the “main” Board with the red carpet, who has not filed U.S. President Barack Obama, who flew to the G20 summit in the Chinese Hangzhou. As it turned out, Obama went out through the emergency door for personal security.

As reported by one of the senior officials of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of China, this minor breach of diplomatic Protocol is not demonstrative signs of cooling Sino-us relations, as this has already been written in many publications.

“We have provided a ladder for all the heads of state arriving for the summit. However, the American guests had complained that the driver did not speak English and cannot understand their instructions. For its part, China proposed to provide an interpreter which would sit behind the driver, but the United States rejected the offer and insisted they didn’t need the ladder, which gives our airport”, – quotes the words of the official local newspaper South China Morning Post.

We will remind, scandal has inflamed after the American leader arrived Saturday at the Hangzhou airport, we had to jump out of a plane not through the center, and through the emergency door and down to his limo on a simple ladder instead of the “main entrance” with the red carpet. In addition, journalists from a pool of Obama were driven by representatives of the host country and are unable to come under the wing to the ladder.

According to the head of the United States, he did not give the incident any importance.

“What happened at the airport should not be given too much importance,” said Obama, quoted by the Daily Mail.
