The successor to Karimov can expand cooperation with Russia


Professor, program for the study of Central Asia at the George Washington University Sebastien Parus expressed confidence that the successor of Islam Karimov, President of Uzbekistan can expand the cooperation with Russia. While in the country the changes will be minimal.

Recall, Karimov served as the head of Uzbekistan for 25 years. Last week, he died on the 79 th year of life. Who will succeed him in office, not yet reported.
