Speaker: Putin and Erdogan discussed the abolition of bradenburg


The Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev said that Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Tayyip Erdogan during a bilateral meeting discussed the food embargo in the context of the question about its cancellation.

“It was discussed in the sense that we are working to remove these restrictions,” – said present at the meeting, the Minister told reporters.

According to him, there are two key points regarding trade restrictions. The first relates to the work of the Russian experts in Turkey, to check the quality standards of potential export products. The second relates to the prohibition of admission of Russian meat and dairy products to the Turkish market. According to Ulyukayev, the parties finally agreed on the corresponding visit of the Turkish inspectors in Russia.
