In Vladivostok a plenary meeting of the Eastern economic forum was held by the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Russian President Vladimir Putin. First, Abe invited Putin to “take the liberty” and to put an end to the “abnormal situation” which lasted for 70 years. Then Vladimir Putin said that both sides are United in wanting to solve the problem and sign the contract, but noted that each of the parties and their vision of this issue.
