Putin on the Kuril Islands: Moscow does not sell the territories

Moscow does not sell the territories,” said Russian President Vladimir Putin, referring to the Kuril issue. This statement was made by the head of state on the eve of talks with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.

In an interview with Bloomberg Putin added that Russia would like to find a solution to this problem and to achieve the same high level of trust with Japan, as with China to Nachi compromise.

“We are talking about finding a solution where none of the parties will not feel enough, none of the parties will not feel or losers and no losers,” — said Putin.
