At the Belgian Embassy in Moscow on this list learned from “MK” and promised to verify the information. Meanwhile, in Brussels, explained to us, for Russians and citizens of other countries, the Belgians considered terrorists.

– Knack newspaper, which first published information on this list, – Flemish, – said the “MK” Director of the European center for strategic studies and security Evgenia Gvozdeva. – The bulk of the population of Belgium consists of two ethnic groups – the Flemings (they speak Dutch) and the Walloons (he can speak French). I don’t know why, but the Flemish Knack very often goes to such secret data, and nobody could deal with it. Surely, the secret services carefully pour the journalists for the publication of the list, although nothing svartinge it. And so it has long been known that from the beginning of the conflict in the middle East, somewhere in 2012, the so-called zone of the global Jihad (in the first place is Syria and Iraq, then Yemen, Somalia, Libya and some other States) from Belgium and through Belgium left 600 – 800 people. They all were or are citizens or residents of Belgium. Knack released more details about their ethnicity.

Our interlocutor said that the only thing imputed to these people is departure to one of the countries of the “global Jihad”, but a random hit on this list is excluded.

– Each migrant for a long time check his intentions, ordinary tourists, there will never include, ” explains Evgenia Gvozdeva. – These people, then somehow expressed their intentions – often, in conversations with friends or through social networks have made statements of an extremist nature. According to our data, it is likely that these Russians – the Chechen refugees settled in Belgium after the first and second Chechen campaigns. But among them can also be the Russians, who married a Belgian radical Islamists. Indeed, in the list the word “Belgian” or “Russian” it means only the citizenship – the nationality of these people can be anyone.

By the Belgian authorities – police, prosecutors, consulates, underlines our expert, there would be no official comment, as the list is confidential. Therein people when they return from Syria or Iraq to Belgium, if it will happen, you can send in for questioning.
