According to Golodets, who is quoted by RIA “Novosti”, the transfer to the Pension Fund (PFR) in the budget in 2017 is not planned.

Earlier, the government already explained that the pension of the working people now go to the Pension Fund and they pay pensions to current retirees. If you leave the pension to VEB and pension funds, then the budget of the FIU is formed with a hole which must be filled with a transfer (of funds) from the budget. They now confirmed the incident, is not provided.

On a direct question about how do you plan to freeze the pension in 2017, the official answered, “Yes.”

We will remind that earlier the Minister of labour and social development Maxim Toplin stated a longer freezing of funded pensions: for the next three years, to 2019, inclusive. The social block of the government repeatedly advocated the complete abolition of the funded part of pensions and the transfer of all contributions to the insurance part.

Read, as the indexation of pensions was replaced with 5 thousands.

At the moment, also abolished and the indexation of pensions to all pensioners: it will be replaced by a one-time payment of five thousand rubles for the New year, after which the government wants to restore indexation to inflation, but without taking into account the percentage by which prices increased in Russia in 2015.
