The British Prime Minister will start Brexit without a vote in Parliament

The British Prime Minister, Theresa may, intends, without the consent of Parliament to use the 50-th article of the Treaty of Lisbon.

According to the Daily Telegraph, this article allows without the consent in Parliament, that is, without a vote, to run for the state to withdraw from the EU.

The reason, writes the edition, was the predominance in the composition of both houses of Parliament, supporters of continued membership of the EU that will stretch Brexit many years.
