Group self-defense fighters of the Syrian Kurds came under artillery fire by the Turkish military to the South of the city Dzharablus. According to military sources, the group was destroyed.
Earlier it was reported that Turkey began the operation to liberate the Dzharablus from Islamic state terrorists (banned in Russia). While Ankara intends to avoid in the city the Kurdish forces. The United States agreed in demanding of Turkey that the Kurds must leave the areas in the West of the Euphrates.
According to Turkish authorities, the city is already largely under the control of the opposition Free Syrian army.
