Ilyumzhinov wrote Kerry, Recalling the bill of rights

FIDE President Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, who is made in the United States sanctions list on suspicion in assistance to the Assad regime and was not allowed on the plane in the country, has prepared a letter to U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry. In a letter to Ilyumzhinov asked Kerry the question of whether he is still to arrive in the United States using the bill of rights and to personally answer all questions about the inclusion in the sanctions list. If Kerry does not respond, then Russia will turn to President Barack Obama.

Ilyumzhinov added that he was confident that he would exclude from the sanctions list and that the conversation will take place.
