The French writer Michel Butor died on 90-year life

One of the brightest representatives of the new novel, French writer Michel Butor, has died at age 89 in a hospital in Contamines-sur-Arve.,

As noted by Agence France-Presse, one of the most famous books of the author is considered to be “Pastime”, a novel about the visit of a young Frenchman in an English city, and also the novels of “the Change”, “Degree of human kinship, numerous essays and several collections of poetry.

The author received for his writing career numerous awards, among them the award Renaud, award of Feneon and the Big literary prize of the French Academy.
