Turkish Deputy Prime Minister explained why Russia can not use the base in Incirlik


Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus said, why the Russian HQs can’t use the military base in Incirlik in southern Turkey as part of an operation against militants (banned in Russia) ISIS.

“Incirlik is a NATO base. Russia is not a member of NATO,” he said.

Earlier, Iran has denied reports that suspended flights of the Russian bombers from an air base in Hamadan.
