Ukraine will submit claims against Russia in the Crimea


Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said at a meeting with Ukrainian ambassadors that Kiev intends shortly to transfer to the international courts of claims against Russia related to Crimea.

As Interfax reports, Ukraine accuses Russia of violation of the obligations under the Convention law of the sea 1982. Kiev believes that a violation of his rights in the Crimea adjacent to the territorial sea.

In addition, Klimkin said, Ukraine considers the situation in Crimea, as discrimination and believes that in this case Russia has violated the prohibition on the financing of terrorism.
