Medvedev announced a new method of assessment of garden and vegetable plots


Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev held a meeting with representatives of the gardeners in the Kursk region. At the meeting, the Prime Minister complained that appraisers often conduct assessments of neighboring properties so that their value is significantly different. According to “Interfax”, the Prime Minister said that now with January 1, 2017 garden and vegetable plots will be assessed using the same methodology.

He stressed that a situation when one of the neighboring sites up to five times more than another, it is necessary to finish. He explained that next year, when will enter into force the law on state cadastral evaluation, it will deal with the budget Agency and the unified Federal method.

Additionally, if the evaluation caused a loss to the owner of the site, he will receive a reimbursement of the expense of the institution.
