Putin has appointed new ambassadors in Colombia and Bulgaria


On the official Internet portal of legal information reported about the appointment of Anatoly Makarov, Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as exemption from the post Yuri Isakov.
