Russia has invested in U.S. Treasury bonds 19 billion dollars

According to the results of June, Russia increased its investments in U.S. Treasury bonds — they are made up of 90.9 billion USD. For the month, this indicator increased by three percent. Talking about this published by the US Treasury data.

A year ago, Russia held U.S. securities at $ 72 billion, so the increase over the last 12 months amounted to 26 percent.

Currently the largest holder of US Treasuries is China, which has invested 1.24 trillion dollars, followed by Japan (1,15 trillion), closes the top three of Ireland (270,6 billion).

Russia on this indicator is on 16th position, a few behind Saudi Arabia (98.3 billion).
