Lavrov said the West stumbled in Ukraine


Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Western countries decided to shift to Russia responsible for the failure of its policy in Ukraine.

“Philosophy of netcentricity prevails when the rate of the expansion of NATO at any price strictly stumbled in Ukraine, decided to put the blame on Russia,” he said. The diplomat also noted that “our proposals to harmonize the principles of Euro-Atlantic security are rejected”.
