Ukraine and the OSCE has developed a plan for a phased return of control over the border


The state border service of Ukraine jointly with the OSCE has developed a plan for regaining control of Kiev over the border with Russia in case the Minsk agreement. This was announced by the head of Department Viktor Nazarenko.

A step by step plan assumes that the first control of the border from the breakaway republics will be provided by the armed police forces of the OSCE mission. Also along the border can be created demilitarized zone, and for control you can use drones and cameras. Subsequently, the border should be completely back under control of Kiev.

Nazarenko believes the plan is achievable. He is sure that is primarily “freedom from Russia”.
