Poroshenko told Biden that aims to avoid tensions with Russia

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has held telephone talks with Vice-President Joe Biden, who, as previously reported, is advised not to aggravate conflict with Russia.

Poroshenko in response said that he stressed that Ukraine is trying to avoid the rising tensions in connection with the baseless accusations of Moscow.

The interlocutors also noted the importance of implementation of the Minsk agreements continue dialogue in Normandy format
