The annual increase in rent, low pensions, unemployment, rising drug prices, looking at that without validol can not do. All these are the realities that are facing our compatriots. It is caused by the ineffective social policy of the government. According to the national poll, dissatisfied 57% of Russians. However, 39% of respondents the main responsibility lay on the President, 36% — to the regional authorities and 17% — for the Prime Minister.

Study participants were offered several options for the evaluation of social policies of the government — “successful”, “more successful,” “generally normal”, “rather unsuccessful” and “needs major changes”.

“5% of full supporters “successfully”, 5% considered “most successful,” 29% is a neutral zone, which I think that in General, everything is fine. Thus, the positive base is in the region of 40%. Critical area — 15% of respondents “rather unsuccessful”, and 42% believe that social policy needs serious changes. Critical, negative area is 57%,” he presented the results of the survey, the General Director of the Center for social design “Platform” Alexey Firsov.

And appreciates the “social” mainly young people — Russians from 18 to 24 years old, unhappy with the work of the government citizens older 45-59 years.

So, the lion’s share of survey participants (73%) believe that first and foremost in structural changes need medicine, 52% of respondents named retirement system, 39% housing, 38% — education.

“The fact that the majority of Russians are not satisfied with the social support is not surprising. We have this is a serious problem in all areas. The accumulative part of pension frozen (although interested in it, 83% of Russians), the control part is calculated by the incomprehensible to many principles. And medicine is not going smoothly: the number of beds is reduced, the queues to the doctors and mortality rates in hospitals are rising. With about 17 billion rubles a year is spent on maintenance of medical insurance institutions which in fact do nothing but distribution of funds from the insurance Fund to hospitals. And the development of housing is often hindered by the complex relationships of population, management companies and service providers,” comments “MK” Director of the Institute of contemporary economies, a political scientist Nikita Isaev.

But if the pensions issue have an objective reason for the deficit of the Federal budget), housing and medicine are the direct obligation and responsibility of Ministers in charge of them. “Resources for modernization in the form of elimination of inefficient spending in these areas exist,” — says Nikita Isaev.

According to the survey, 39% of Russians believe that the main responsibility for social policy lies with the President Vladimir Putin. “This figure is significantly less than his political rating that can be interpreted as a factor that the people absolve the President from responsibility for the problems that arise in the social sphere”, — says Alexei Firsov.

However, 36% of our fellow citizens believe that the responsibility for the problems should regional authorities, 33% are called Ministers in charge of different areas of social policy.

The Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has allocated 17% of the population. According to General Director of the center of these figures indicates the formation of “void of responsibility” around the figure of the Prime Minister.
