Gazprom fears that Ukraine will ensure gas transit to Europe

In “Gazprom” is concerned about the level of gas injection into underground storages of Ukraine, said the Deputy head of Department on work with the countries of the former USSR Viktor Shafts. He noted that to date it 2.2 billion cubic metres lower than last year.

“In the case of cold, harsh winter, Ukraine could not provide the volume of gas transit through its territory to consumers in Western Europe”, – said the representative of the Russian company.
