Lavrov expressed concern over the shelling in Donbass and an attack on Carpenter


As stated by the Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Moscow is worried about what is happening in the Donbas.

According to him, the recent increase in attacks, primarily the civil sector — hospitals, schools, kindergartens.

Lavrov said that OSCE monitors record and neustanovena forces of Ukraine on the frontline, but also permanently lost the heavy weapons in warehouses.

“I’m not talking about the assassination of the head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk people’s Republic, Mr. Carpenter,” said Lavrov.

All of the above, said the Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, contradicts the Minsk agreements, and the Paris agreements of October 2, 2015.
