Asgardia will assist the bailiffs in the eviction of debtors and demolition of buildings


MIA of Russia has prepared a bill under which the staff of the National guard (Resguardo) will be empowered to assist the bailiffs in the eviction of the debtor from the premises and suspend the activities of entrepreneurs and companies.

The structure will be able to assist the FSSP in the demolition of buildings and forced moving the plaintiffs out of reach for them at home. The relevant draft amendments to the law “On enforcement proceedings” published on the Federal portal of normative legal acts.

Under current law, enforcement of judicial decisions on eviction of people, the liberation of non-residential premises or the demolition of structures must be carried out with the participation of witnesses. If necessary, officers can involve the police.

Similar powers are spelled out in the paragraphs about the forced installation of the plaintiff in the premises if the debtor creates obstacles to this, as well as the rules of administrative suspension of the activity of entrepreneurs and legal entities.

In the explanatory note to the draft stresses that its implementation will not require additional allocations from the state budget.
