Pogovorili Dvorkovich Ushakov urged Latvia to prepare for the lifting of sanctions


The mayor of Riga nil Ushakov urged Latvia to prepare for the lifting of the mutual lifting of the sanctions Russia and the EU. About this he wrote on his page on Facebook after a meeting with Vice Premier of Russia Arkady Dvorkovich.

It is important for Latvia, which suffered from the sanctions and the confrontation, he said. So, according to him, significantly decreased purchase price for milk for Latvian farmers and dairy companies suffered financial losses.

In this regard, Latvia should be ready to fight for the Russian market in the case that the sanctions regime will be weakened, said Ushakov.
