Erdogan announced the West convicted in Turkish coup

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan erupted with criticism of Western countries, accusing them of lack of assistance to Ankara and delivering it, according to him, the plotters and terrorists. Writes Hurriyet, he said that Turkey was waiting for Western support, but not received. In contrast, Western countries like evince approval of the extremists who commit terrorist acts and, in particular, military coups.

“Support was neither during nor after the coup, he said. West supports terrorism? On the side of the coup or still a democracy?”

Angry rebuke of the Turkish leader was made on the background of the US refusal to give living there a preacher Fethullah Gulen, which Ankara calls the organizer of the military coup.
