The Ministry of Finance: without reform, by 2018, will run out of money for salaries

First Deputy Finance Minister Tatyana Nesterenko has warned of “serious problems” in the Russian economy. According to her, in the absence of reforms by the end of 2017, the Russian authorities faced with budgetary constraints.

“If nothing changes, by the end of next year we will not have reserves nor the ability to pay wages,” – said the Deputy head of the Ministry of Finance.

Nesterenko also expressed the view that the current state of the Russian economy does not conform to the obligations that has assumed power.
