The gas pipeline “Nord stream” will be stopped for repairs


Nord Stream said Friday that the gas pipeline “Nord stream”, running under the Baltic sea to Germany, will fully stand up for planned maintenance from 9 to 17 August. The pipeline passes 55 billion cubic meters of gas per year.

Stopped will be both gas pipeline, reports “Interfax”.

After completion of the work on the Russian site again will see the full power of the system.

The schedule of works agreed in advance with partners in the Nord Stream and the feed gas pipeline operators in Russia and the receiving pipelines in Germany.
